入选标准
- •Recently, less than 5 years, diagnosed with any severe mental illness with psychotic symptoms requiring antipsychotic medications. Including, but not limited to, schizophrenia-spectrum disorders and affective disorders with psychotic features.
- •Having been receiving any Antipsychotic medication - either alone or in combination with other psychotropic medications;
- •Thai residents receiving treatment/care at out-patient clinic; and
- •Able to understand Thai and provide written informed consent (and considered competent to participate in the study, as suggested by attending psychiatrist).
排除标准
- •Have co morbidity of a chronic physical and or mental health problems such as learning disability and organic brain diseases.
- •Have a primary diagnosis of substance misuse disorder.
- •Plan or expect to terminate the antipsychotic at recruitment or before the use of HIP T.
- •Are receiving any other physical health monitoring or intervention programme beyond usual care. Except if the intervention is primarily for their mental health (such as ECT).
