Informed consent signed by the volunteer; both women and men; Functional Ambulation Classification level 3 or more; medical diagnosis of stroke (ischemic or hemorrhagic) characterized by imaging examination and/or medical report; Age 40 to 80 years; Prior medical release to perform a physical exercise; At least 2 doses of vaccine against COVID-19; Score on the mini-mental state examination that indicates preserved memory and cognition; according to their age and level of education; Time since last stroke >6 months 5 years
Participate in other physical training programs; Take more than 7,500 steps/day indicating that the volunteer is active; Presence of any significant musculoskeletal alteration; which makes walking impossible; Health problems that may generate symptoms and risks during training; such as previous heart surgery and/or acute myocardial infarction; obstructive or restrictive lung diseases; Other neurological diseases other than stroke
