入选标准
- •Diabetes Mellitus for more than 6 months duration using Metformin as a single agent, ASA II TO III, Serum creatinine levels < 1.6, posted for minor surgical procedures( both general and regional anaesthesia)
排除标准
- •HbA1c >8%, patients with chronic or acute renal insufficiency, patients on insulin therapy, patients with liver insufficiency, patients using corticosteroids.
