Inclusion Criteria
To estimate extravascular lung water (EVLW) by lung ultrasound in managing fluid resuscitation in septic shock.
Exclusion Criteria
Age <18 years,
Pregnant women,
Past history of chronic lung disease, active bleeding, ARDS and
Left ventricular ejection fraction lower than 50%
Cardiogenic shock
