Inclusion Criteria
ASA I ¿ III of both sex, between 18 and 60 years undergoing laparoscopic abdominal surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
Open surgeries.
- If the surgery proceeded to laparotomy.
- BMI ¿ 35 Kg/m.
- Known allergy or hypersensitivity against levobupivacaine, other amino-amide local anesthetics, or dexmedetomidine.
- Coagulopathy; septicemia.
- Abnormalities in ECG that are considered clinically relevant like AV block or bradycardia.
