Inclusion Criteria
- •has no pain and discomfort in visual illness and ankle or lower limb.
- •\- have no balance problem
- •\- can perform intervention for more than 20 minutes and agree to participate in the research
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- People with discomfort such as dizziness when performing internention
- •\- Pain or discomfort in measuring maximum voluntary contraction
