- •ASA physical status I or II
- •age group of 18-60 years
- •undergoing laparoscopic gynaecological procedures on day care basis
排除标准
- •Patients allergic to 5HT3 receptor antagonist , history of gastrointestinal diseases,history of motion sickness ,history of postoperative nausea vomiting , having body mass index >30 or if the surgical procedure was converted to laparotomy
