1. Intrathoracic peripheral lung lesions of size more than 1cm and abutting the pleura.
2. Peripheral lung lesion not lying in close proximity of major organ or blood vessels based of
CT /MRI Chest.
3. Lung lesion visible on Ultrasongraphy.
4. Age > 18 years of age.
5. Patients giving informed consent
1. Central lung lesions not abutting pleura or ground-glass lesions.
2. Lesion lying in close proximity to major blood vessel or major organ.
3. Lesion not visible on Ultrasonography (Emphysematous overlying lung, located behind rib or scapula)
4. Age < 18 years of age.
5. Patients not giving informed consent.
6. Patients with Thrombocytopenia.
7. Patients with deranged coagulation profile.
