Inclusion Criteria
Information Technology workers in the age group 25-60 years, irrespective of gender.
Volunteers who have been working in Information Technology field for a
minimum of 2 years.
Exclusion Criteria
1) Subjects with known history of diabetes mellitus, hypertension or any other major systemic illness.
2) Pregnant women and lactating mothers.
