Participants are required to have open angle glaucoma or angle closure glaucoma
a) Able to provide informed written consent.
b) An ability to perform a visual field test in the study eye(s) with <15% false positives.
c) Best-corrected visual acuity = 6/18 without any media opacities (visually significant cataract, corneal opacities, retinal pathologies)
d) Undilated pupillary diameter of 2-4mm.
Inclusion criteria – Controls
a) Able to provide informed written consent.
b) An ability to perform a visual field test in the study eye(s) with <15% false positives
c) Clinically without any media opacities, optic neuropathy and no demonstrable glaucomatous visual field defect on HFA
Exclusion criteria – Glaucoma subjects and controls
a) Subjects with any media opacity or retinal pathologies (Vein occlusions, Post PRP) or best corrected visual acuity Lesser than 6/18
b) Unreliable HFA field testing with greater than 15% false positives Intraocular surgery within the last 3 months
c) Extremes of refractive errors (Greater than or equal to +5D or -5D)
d) Mentally challenged patients
