Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Full set of teeth including second molar should be present with no history of periodontal disease
- •Pre-treatment patients indicated for premolar extractions and periodontally accelerated orthodontic surgeries for the correction of malocclusion will be included in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •Fracture or severe attrition of teeth will be excluded
- •Individuals with periodontal destruction
- •Subjects with any severe craniofacial disorder such as cleft palate
- •Patients on anti- inflammatory drugs
- •Patients with habit of smoking
- •Patients with uncontrolled systemic disease or periodontal disease were excluded
