Inclusion Criteria
1.aged >/= 65 years
2.Hip fracture undergoing surgery
3.Anesthetic technique: regional anesthesia and pain controlled with peripheral nerve block+ IV opioid
Exclusion Criteria
1.Allergy or contraindication to dexmedetomidine
2. Preoperative delirium
3.Underlying disease: neurovascular disease, e.g., stroke
4.Underlying disease: Phycosis
5.Anesthetic technique: general anesthesia
