Inclusion Criteria
- •Individuals with BMI more than 25 kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria
- •1)Subjects with musculoskeletal / neurological /cardiovascular
- •and respiratory conditions making walking difficult.
- •2)Subjects who have undergone any surgery which can impair
- •ambulation.
