Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients who underwent unilateral total knee replacement arthroplasty
- •2\. Patients who don't have any comorbid condtions.
- •3\. Willingness and ability to give written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Currently receiving vasoactive medications at the time of screening
- •2\. Cold allergy
- •3\. Any psychotic condition or Inability to comprehend and folloew study procedures
