Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA grade I and II.
- •Age 18-60 years of either sex.
- •Patient undergoing elective lower abdominal wall, perineum surgeries, orthopedic, Gynaecology under CSE anaesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Obesity (BMI >30kgm-2)
- •Contraindications to spinal anaesthesia
- •Known allergy to local anaesthetics
- •Bleeding diathesis
- •Patient is on any anti-coagulant therapy
- •Patient with abnormal vertebral anatomy
- •Previous spine surgeries
