- Detailed Description
A workplace health promotion intervention for youth age 16-24, adapted from the school-based Life Skills Training program. The program teaches participants the skills necessary to be productive in work and personal settings while also promoting healthy behaviors and preventing or reducing health risk behaviors. Program content focuses on goal-setting and problem-solving skills, stress and anger management skills, effective communication and conflict management skills, time and financial management, substance use risk reduction, and how to contribute to a healthy, safe, and drug-free workplace.

symptoms of depression month Frequency of feeling down, depressed, or hopeless; Feeling tired or having little energy; and degree of difficultly for doing your work, take care of things at home, or get along with other people
stress month Frequency of being upset because of something that happened unexpectedly; frequency of feeling unable to control the important things in your life; and frequency of finding that you could not cope with all the things you had to do
