Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Age\> 18 years, sessile or flat adenomatous neoplasia \> 20mm, signed informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • •coagulopathy (INR \> 1\.5, Thrombocyts \< 100G/l)
  • •VKA antagonists, DOAK, dual antiplatelet therapy that cannot be interrupted
  • •severe comorbidity, life exspectancy \< 6 months
  • •ASA status \> III
  • •pregnancy and breastfeeding
  • •severe fibrosis or submucosal invasion of adenoma / cancer
  • •poor access to the lesion
