Inclusion Criteria

Age> 18 years, sessile or flat adenomatous neoplasia > 20mm, signed informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

coagulopathy (INR > 1.5, Thrombocyts < 100G/l)
VKA antagonists, DOAK, dual antiplatelet therapy that cannot be interrupted
severe comorbidity, life exspectancy < 6 months
ASA status > III
pregnancy and breastfeeding
severe fibrosis or submucosal invasion of adenoma / cancer
poor access to the lesion
