Inclusion Criteria
1)Age 18-40 yrs with single uterine pregnancy.
2)ASA grade 1,2 for caesarean section with indications for general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
1)Patient refusal to participate in study.
2)Patient with upper airway pathology.
3)Patient with cervical spine pathology.
4)Insufficient time for measuring preoperative CC and SMD.

Name Time Method 1)To assess the predictability of difficult intubation by CC/SMD ratio on preoperative evaluation in obstetric patient. <br/ ><br>2)To assess the predictability of difficult intubation by Cormack Lehane score on direct laryngoscopy during endotracheal tube intubation. <br/ ><br>3)To compare CC/SMD ratio with Cormack Lehane score.Timepoint: Preoperative and Intraoperative
