After tooth extraction the alveolar ridge undergoes an unescapable physiological phase of remodeling. The major changes occur during the first three months of healing with a reduction in the dimension of the socket of about 11%-22% vertical bone loss and 29%-63% horizontal bone loss. Such dimensional change will compromise prosthetic replacement in the future, so we make alveolar ridge preservation in order to future complications

- •patient (20-55) years old
- •medically free
- •non-restorable tooth.
- •anterior zone
- •Type 1 extraction socket
排除标准
- •medically compromised patient (uncontrolled diabetes, hyperthyroidism).
- •pregnant female.
- •history of chemo or radiotherapy

volumetric bone change after socket preservation, and it will be measured by CBCT.
时间窗: CBCT will be taken 3 times: first at the baseline before extraction, second during the follow-up period after 3 months, and third after 6 months.

时间窗: 3 months and 6 months
volumetric bone change after socket preservation, and it will be measured by CBCT. Soft tissue change is measured by a periodontal probe. Soft tissue thickness will be measured using an intraoral scanner. pain by VAS score.
