Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •(1\) women aged from twenty to forty
- •(2\) who are diagnosed with PCOS in 6 month by Rotterdam creteria (satisfy with two of three ? oligo\-ovulation or anovulation ? clinical or experimental hyper\-androgenemia ? sono images of poly cystic ovaries)
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Cushing syndrome, adrenal hypertrophy, cancer of hormone secretional glands
- •(2\) who had pregnancy or lactation within 6 months
- •(3\) who refuse to participate this study
- •(4\) who are identified not eligible to enroll this study by investigators
