- •the records of the Diabetes Research Center; cell phone or in person in the family; literacy, ability to work with mobile phones; the drug treatment (pills or insulin); no known mental disorder, a aged between 65-18Sal; after at least 6 months of confirmation of diagnosis of diabetes and their willingness to participate in the study Exclusion criteria: medical problems to perform self-care behaviors such as advanced cardiovascular disease; hospitalization during the study period and unwillingness of patients to continue research in each of the study.
