Inclusion Criteria
- •The nurse would be in direct contact with patients; also at least would have 6 months of experience in the emergency, surgery or oncology parts; additionally, employees should be excepted in Official, Contractual or project personnel.
- •Exclusion criteria:During time of the study, In the case of lack of cooperation or nurse’s displacement of the emergency, surgery or oncology parts nurses will be excluded from the study.
