Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Volunteers aged 30\-39 years who are living in the region of Nijmegen and who are willing and able to follow the study protocol.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\-not speak, read and/or understand Dutch (VMBO level)
  • •\-prior history of significant psychiatric or neurological illnesses
  • •\-current disease or medication that affects the brain
  • •\-pregnancy
  • •\-contra\-indication for MRI
  • •\-contra\-indication for submaximal cycling test
  • •\-contra\-indication for cold pressor test
