Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Volunteers aged 30\-39 years who are living in the region of Nijmegen and who are willing and able to follow the study protocol.
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-not speak, read and/or understand Dutch (VMBO level)
- •\-prior history of significant psychiatric or neurological illnesses
- •\-current disease or medication that affects the brain
- •\-pregnancy
- •\-contra\-indication for MRI
- •\-contra\-indication for submaximal cycling test
- •\-contra\-indication for cold pressor test
