- •Being male; age between 25 and 45 years; non-drinkers; non-smokers; do not practice regular physical exercise; not regular consumers of cinnamon, turmeric and probiotic products; have an abdominal circumference equal to or greater than 90 (± 1 cm)

- •Have an allergy; intolerance to ingredients; or other type of restriction (chronic illness, medication use and acute infection)
