Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients above 18 years of age
2.Corneal ectasias- keratoconus.
3.Post LASIK ectasias
4. Post penetrating keratoplasty patients with irregular astigmatism
5. Post deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty patients with irregular astigmatism
Exclusion Criteria
1.Ocular surface disorders
2.Patients requiring surgical treatment
3.Media opacities in the visual axis
4.Patients who cannot adhere to hygiene standards for handling contact lens
5.Patients unable to attend follow up visits.

Name Time Method To assess the improvement in visual acuity and the number of visits taken for correct fit of corneoscleral lenses.Timepoint: Day 1, 1 month and 6 months

Name Time Method To assess quality of life and patient satisfaction using a questionnaire. <br/ ><br>To record the complications with corneoscleral contact lens use. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: The Contact lens impact on quality of life questionnaire- given to patient on day 1, 1 month and 6 months to be filled, used as a measure of patient satisfaction.
