Inclusion Criteria

T2Diabetes with HbA1C >6.5gm%,

T2D duration between 1-10 yrs,

On oral antidiabetic medication,

Age between 30-70 yrs,

Availability of back records of HbA1C in last 12 months-atleast two readings

currently on2-OMEX lifestyle >2 weeks

Has completed minimum first 3 once-monthly visits (hence 3months) at DRC (diabetes Reversal centers) and following 2-OMEX lifestyle

(For arm2-prediabetic, HbA1C between 5.6to 6.4, following 2-OMEX lifestyle)

(For Arm3, just as Arm1except that he/she is following conventional management under physician with small frequent meals.

Exclusion: patient on Insulin medication, ongoing complications of heart, liver, kidneys, (with appropriate tests) alcohol addiction, cannot tolerate 2-OMEX
