Inclusion Criteria
- •patients of known case of diabetes mellitus uncontrolled on metformin monotherapy
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Patients with co\-morbidities like renal disease, HTN, CVS disease, liver disease.
- •2\)Patient on multiple drug therapy for any chronic illness and any other conditions.
- •3\)Pregnant and lactating women.
- •4\)Drug addicted patients.
- •5\) Not willing to give consent
