- •* 23 to 28 weeks gestational age.
- •* compatible clinical symptoms of RDS (Respiratory Disease Syndrome) as (tachypnea, intercostal retraction, nasal flaring, grunting, and the need for supplemental oxygen).
- •* letter of consent.
- •Exclusion criteria:
- •* congenital malformation.
- •* prinatal asphyxia.
