- •Elective major upper abdominal surgeries
排除标准
- •1.Patients not willing to participate in the study
- •2.Patients with tumours found to be inoperable at laparotomy
- •3.Patients requiring elective mechanical ventilation postoperatively
- •4.Known allergy to local anesthetics or any of the other drugs used
- •5.Contraindications for epidural analgesia
