Inclusion Criteria
• Patients with biliary colic
• Patients who are candidate for laparoscopic cholecystectomy
• Patients who don’t have history of shoulder surgery
• No addiction to any opioid substances
Exclusive criteria:
• Converting laparoscopic cholecystectomy into open cholecystectomy
• Patients we have to insert drain due to findings during operation
• Patients who receive more analgesics drugs than definitive amount
• Patients with acute cholecystitis

Name Time Method Severity. Timepoint: At times 6, 12, 24 and 48 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Decrease using of analgesics. Timepoint: During patient hospitalization. Method of measurement: Record numbers of used analgesics.
