Inclusion Criteria
1) Cerebral Palsy with abnormal muscle tone
2) Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS): I, II, III, IV, V
3) Willing to comply with all study procedure
Exclusion Criteria
1) Medical illnesses including pneumonia or renal function at enrollment
2) Presence of known genetic disease
3) Presence of drug hypersensitivity which is related to this study remedy
4) Poor cooperation of guardian,including inactive attitude
5) Decision by the principal investigator when there are unexpected events that may affect the outcomes
