入选标准
- •1. Patients of age above 18 years with unilateral symptomatic knee pathology
- •2. Patients who are willing to give consent.
排除标准
- •1. Previously operated or partially treated patients for knee or ankle pathologies.
- •2. Inflammatory arthropathy.
- •3. History of significant trauma.
- •4. Patients with B/L symptomatic knee joint
- •5. Previous comorbidities (potentially harmful to the tendon) such as; past/present fractures, surgery, luxation, known neuromuscular disease, rheumatoid arthritis, cancer, fibromyalgia, spondyloarthropathy, and psychiatric disorders.
- •6. Patients with contractures involving the quadriceps tendon or Achilles tendon.
- •7. Patients with absolute and relative contra-indications to MRI
