Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Children between 3 and 5 years of age who visit the pediatric emergency room at Seoul National University Hospital who receive intravenous cannulation procedure.
Exclusion Criteria
- •? When it is difficult to determine the patient's pain scale due to developmental delay or facial deformity
- •? When viewing videos is difficult due to visual impairment or hearing impairment
- •? When it is necessary to secure an emergency venous blood vessel due to a shock condition or a decrease in consciousness \[KTAS (Korean Triage and Acuity Scale) level 1, 2]
- •? In case it is impossible to obtain consent of the patient and guardian
- •? When both the patient and the guardian cannot communicate in Korean
- •? In case of child with frequent venous blood vessel acquisition due to chronic disease
