Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •i.Women in the age group between 40 years to 50 years.
- •ii.Women who have variable cycle length more than 7 days from normal menstrual cycle.
- •iii.Women with more than or equal to 2 skipped menstrual cycles and an interval of amenorrhea more than 60 days
- •iv.Women who have amenorrhea for 12 consecutive months
Exclusion Criteria
- •i.Women with surgical menopause
- •ii.Women on treatment for hormonal imbalance
- •iii.Women with cardiovascular and psychiatric disorders and on treatment.
- •iv.Women who are practicing yoga and meditation daily.
