简要总结
This study informs about the kinematics of arm swing at various gait velocities ranging from very slow to very fast in mildly-to-moderately impaired people with parkinson's disease. Reduced one-sided AS is shown to be a very early sign of parkinsonian gait disturbance that precedes alterations of locomotive leg movements and improves at faster gait speeds. Arm swing at very slow, slow and habitual speed is reduced in individuals with parkinson's disease on the more affected side.
