Inclusion Criteria

At the time of the agreement, patient of 20 years or older. Upper or lower molar, sing le crown (connected two crowns, possible), antagonistic teeth are necessary (natural teeth or crowns restoration material, including bridges, excluding removable dentures). About 3mm height of abutment tooth can be secured after tooth preparation. Document agreement can be obtained for the participation in this study.

Exclusion Criteria

Abutment tooth of the partial denture. The target tooth and the opposing teeth have severe periodontal disease (pockets more than 6mm, bone resorption, attachment loss more than tooth root long 1/2 more than furcation involvement 2 degrees). When root canal treatment is required due to severe caries, etc. Patients with a history of hypersensitivity such as rash or dermatitis to this material or (meth)acrylic acid monomer. Inappropriate though a study partaker or member (of a research project) carried out this study.

Primary Outcome Measures

One month, three and six months after setting PEEK crown, crack of crown, condition of occlusal contact, pain, pain, secondary caries, condition of occlusal surface of crown, change in occlusal surface condition by model, dislocated crown color, attached dental plaque, condition of marginal gingiva, occlusal surface of antagonistic teeth, interproximal contact, necessity of retreatment, bite force and recovery of masticatory ability, satisfaction of the patient.
