- •1. Inclusion criteria included either gender, between 18 to 25 years of age, those having
- •pain on bilateral or unilateral Trapezius.
- •2. Pain or Spasm or any tender spot-on palpation on nape of the neck or trapezius
- •3. Trigger point over trapezius
- •4. Pain on VAS more than 3 less than 8.

- •1. History of refereed pain due to cervical pathology
- •2. Fracture or healing
- •3. fracture over neck and upper back region
- •4. Dermatitis over the upper back
- •5. Clotting disorder
- •6. Wound over neck
- •7. Shoulder pathology
