Exclusion Criteria
1) patients with history of chemotherapy 2) patients with history of radiotherapy where the esophagus was irradiated 3) patients with history of radical surgery of head and neck cancer or gastric cancer (not including local resection) 4) patients with allergy to iodine (lugol) 5) patients who are currently treated with steroid hormone
