Inclusion Criteria
i.Age at recruitment: 12 years and older.
ii.Fontan operation performed not less than 12 months
iii.Comprehensive Pre-Fontan assessment data available, and suggestive of anatomy and physiology favorable for Fontan operation (as per standard criteria)
iv.NYHA Functional Class II or better at recruitment.
Exclusion Criteria
i.Fontan operation done <12 months from time of consideration for inclusion in the study.
ii.Presence of physical and mental problems which could limit the practice of yoga
