Trial of pancreas carcinoma patients pancreas with chemotherapy located within the peritoneal cavityafter pancreatic surgeryIntraoperative Chemotherapy is used after a complete macroscopic removal of peritoneal metastases ( peritonectomy ) to kill tumor cells remaining free or minimal residual residual tumor .
