Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patients (m/f/d) with a clinical diagnosis of idiopathic Parkinson's syndrome (iPS) according to the currently valid international criteria (Postuma et al. 2015\).
- •\- Severity Hoehn \& Yahr stage I\-IV
- •\- No cognitive impairment in the sense of dementia or similar.
- •\- Age: 18 years and older
- •\- Sufficient knowledge of German
- •\- Ability and willingness to give consent
- •\- Able to remember information, use it to make a decision and communicate decisions through speech
- •2\) Relatives (m/f/d) of patients with IPS
- •\- Interested persons whose relatives are suffering from iPS
- •\- Carers as well as non\-caring relatives
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patients with IPS
- •\- and with other neurological diseases affecting cognition (e.g., atypical courses of Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, brain tumors, etc.).
- •\- dementia
- •\- Refusal or inability to participate in the study
- •\- Other comprehension and communication difficulties affecting point 6 of the inclusion criteria (e.g. language problems)
- •2\) Relatives of patients with IPS.
- •\- Restrictions of vision, hearing and speech that are not sufficiently corrected
- •\- Insufficient knowledge of German
