Inclusion Criteria
Subject: 50 third graders in nursing at a university in Seoul agreed to participate in the study after familiarizing them with the research description on the purpose of research, procedures, freedom of participation in surveys, and anonymity among those who have not previously practiced child nursing.
Exclusion Criteria
A person who has experience in clinical practice of child nursing and child vital signs

Name Time Method The knowledge of vital signs of children consists of 7 questions, one question each for hand washing, tympanic body temperature measurement, pulse measurement time, normal pulse rate, respiratory measurement area, and normal respiratory rate.;It consists of a total of 8 questions, one question each for product preparation, purpose and procedure description, body temperature measurement, pulse measurement, breathing measurement, record, measurement result interpretation, and overall performance confidence. The higher the score, the higher the confidence in performance.;It is a 5-point scale consisting of a total of 8 questions of practical satisfaction, and for each question, it is not at all (1 point) to very yes (5 points), which means that the higher the score, the higher the satisfaction.
