Inclusion Criteria
70 years or older,
at least 5 drugs used continuously,
treatment at Düsseldorf University Hospital,
written consent of the patient
Exclusion Criteria
legal care,
inability to communicate due to language barriers or hearing loss,
repeated inclusion due to recurrent treatments,
visual impairment,
cognitive impairment (minimum score of 4 on the Six Items Screening),
inability to write,
no written consent of the patient,
instable clinical situation,
patients with palliative care

Name Time Method The results of the tests will be used to develop an everyday test battery, which will quickly provide an impression whether a patient is able to manage his medication himself or not.
