入选标准
- •ASA grade 1 and 2,
- •Mallampatti grade 1 and 2,
- •Systolic blood pressure less than 140 mmHg,
- •Diastolic blood pressure less than 90 mmHg,
- •Heart rate 60-100 bpm,
- •BMI 18.5 - 24.9 kgpm2
排除标准
- •History of IHD, Heart disease, renal disease, pulmonary disease, liver disease.
- •History of hypertension,
- •History of dyspnea on exertion of grade 3 or more as per NYHA guidelines
- •ASA grade 3 and 4
- •Mallampatti grade 3 and 4
- •Any contraindication of Dexmedetomidine and Esmolol
