Inclusion Criteria
ASA grade 1 and 2,
Mallampatti grade 1 and 2,
Systolic blood pressure less than 140 mmHg,
Diastolic blood pressure less than 90 mmHg,
Heart rate 60-100 bpm,
BMI 18.5 - 24.9 kgpm2
Exclusion Criteria
History of IHD, Heart disease, renal disease, pulmonary disease, liver disease.
History of hypertension,
History of dyspnea on exertion of grade 3 or more as per NYHA guidelines
ASA grade 3 and 4
Mallampatti grade 3 and 4
Any contraindication of Dexmedetomidine and Esmolol
