Inclusion Criteria
(1) Age = 18 years
(2) Patients with benign or malignant biliary obstruction
(3) Patients who will undergo ERCP with brush cytology
Exclusion Criteria
(1) Age < 18 years
(2) Patients refused to participate
(3) Patients who have contrast allergy
(4) Patients who received pancreaticobiliary surgery
(5) Pregnant women
