Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Presenile age group between 60 to 70 years.
  • 2\. Independent mobility( walks outdoors with no more support than a single point stick
  • 3\. No cognition impairment or attention deficit â?? scores \> 20 on Mini Mental Status Examination
  • 4\. Willing to participate in 3 month intervention programme
  • 5\. Had a recent fall past 6 months

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.CVA reported with in past 6 months ,( from medical history)
  • 2\.Uncontrolled diabetic mellitus with a history of hypoglycemic attack with fasting plasma glucose concentration of \>200 mg/dl ( from medical history)
  • 3\.Complications of diabetic mellitus like retinopathy or neuropathy, ( low scores from Sensory Interaction in Balance scale)
  • 4\.Systolic BP \>180 Hg or Diastolic pressure \>110 Hg at rest.
  • 5\.Diagnosis of any heart disease,( from medical history)
  • 6\.Early or late stage of Alzemiers Disease
  • 7\.Dementia
  • 8\.Recent fractures with in past 6 months or healing fractures
  • 9\.Postural deformity like scoliosis, genu varus or genu vagum.
  • 10\.With hearing aids
