Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Presenile age group between 60 to 70 years.
- •2\. Independent mobility( walks outdoors with no more support than a single point stick
- •3\. No cognition impairment or attention deficit â?? scores \> 20 on Mini Mental Status Examination
- •4\. Willing to participate in 3 month intervention programme
- •5\. Had a recent fall past 6 months
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.CVA reported with in past 6 months ,( from medical history)
- •2\.Uncontrolled diabetic mellitus with a history of hypoglycemic attack with fasting plasma glucose concentration of \>200 mg/dl ( from medical history)
- •3\.Complications of diabetic mellitus like retinopathy or neuropathy, ( low scores from Sensory Interaction in Balance scale)
- •4\.Systolic BP \>180 Hg or Diastolic pressure \>110 Hg at rest.
- •5\.Diagnosis of any heart disease,( from medical history)
- •6\.Early or late stage of Alzemiers Disease
- •7\.Dementia
- •8\.Recent fractures with in past 6 months or healing fractures
- •9\.Postural deformity like scoliosis, genu varus or genu vagum.
- •10\.With hearing aids
