Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1.Written consent showing willingness to participate in the study.
  • •2.Patients between the age group of 30-70 years of either sex present with clinical features of Madhumeha.
  • •3.Patients having fasting blood sugar level (FBS) greater than 126 mg/dl and less than 200 mg/dl.
  • •4.Patients having 2 hour post prandial blood sugar level (PPBS) greater than 200mg/dl and less than 400 mg/dl

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1.Pregnant women and lactation mothers.
  • •2.Known case of Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus or I. D. D. M. Patients.
  • •3.Type 2 DM patients having insulin therapy due to secondary failure.
  • •4.Patients suffering from the complications of DM like Ketoacidosis, Neuropathy, Nephropathy, Retinopathy and Diabetic wounds.
  • •5.Patients suffering from any severe systemic disease, chronic infections or any Active malignancy.
