Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) grade I and II
  • •Age group of 18\-60
  • •Elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patient who will not give consent.
  • •ASA grade III and IV.
  • •Allergy to study drug.
  • •Second and third degree of heart block.
  • •BMI (body mass index) \>30kg/m.Pregnancy and lactation.
  • •Opioid addiction.
  • •Conversion of laparoscopic to open cholecystectomy.
  • •Patients on anti\-epileptic medication.
  • •Drain inserted at surgical site.
