Inclusion Criteria

Group A

Intellectual Disability

1. Age 8 to 17 years

2. Children clinically diagnosed with Intellectual Disability by the psychiatrist

3. Parents of children diagnosed with Intellectual Disability of age 8 to 17 years ready to give consent

Group B

Learning Disability

1. Age 8 to 17 years

2. Children clinically diagnosed with Specific Learning Disability by the psychiatrist

3. Parents of children diagnosed with Specific Learning Disability of age 8 to 12 years ready to give consent

4. Children between age 12 to 17 years ready to give assent and parent ready to give consent

Group C

Control Group

1. Healthy children of the age group 8 to 17 years

2. Parents of normal children of age 8 to 12 years ready to give consent

3. Children between 12 to 17 years ready to give assent and parent ready to give consent

Exclusion Criteria

Group A

Intellectual Disability

1. Children who are ambidextrous

2. Children unable to understand the procedure of the test

3. Children with motor deficit involving upper limbs

4. Children with visual problems and hearing problems

5. Parents of children between 8 to 17 years not willing to give consent

Group B

Learning Disability

1. Children who are ambidextrous

2. Children unable to understand the procedure of the test

3. Children with motor deficit involving upper limbs

4. Children with visual problems and hearing problems

5. Parents of children between 8 to 12 years not willing to give consent

6. Children between 12 to 17 years not willing to give assent or their parent not willing to give consent

Group C

Control Group

1. Children who are ambidextrous

2. Presence of any neurological, musculoskeletal or cognitive impairment affecting the hand function

3. Parents of children between 8 to 12 years not willing to give consent

4. Children between 12 to 17 years not willing to give assent or their parent not willing to give consent
