Inclusion Criteria

1.Patient must have had an ischemic vascular lesion, as documented by CT scan or MRI.

2.Stroke occurs more than 2 months prior to study enrolment.

3.Neurological and medically stable patients as determine by medical history and documented neurological examination.

4.Score on the UE-FM of >=28 to <=51 and active extension in the affected wist of at least 5.

5.Score on the lower limb(FMA-LE <34).

6.Age>=21 years at time of enrolment.

7. Both males and females.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Hemorrhagic stroke

2. > 1 stroke

3. Any neurologic condition or physical condition that impairs function of the affected extremities.

4. History of seizure disorder or spontaneous siezure that has occured one month or longer after the stroke.

5. Serious neurological conditions including CNS vasculitis, intracranial tumor, intracranial aneurysm, multiple sclerosis, or arteriovenous malformations.

6. Severe sensory deficit.

7. Inability to understand, cooperate and adhere to the study procedure.

8. History of spinal cord injury, brain injury or spontaneous subdural or epidural hematoma that has resulted in neurologic deficit.

9. Pregnancy and lactation.

10. History of potentially fatal cardiac arrythmias.
